Easy Application Online To Rent A home
1. Open application to lease and fill out completely. NO REFUNDS for lease applications.
2. Read all instructions and make copies that will easily scan.leaseManager@DaytonRentalHOmes.com
3. Email to LeaseManager@DaytonRentalHomes.com
3. Pay online once you submit your application. You may use all major credit cards. This fee is non refundable. No applications are processed unless fees are paid. No exceptions.
4. Call for new PET friendly policy. We do not allow some pets.
5. All parties over 18 must sign and pay the application fee no exceptions.
6. The application and the application policy and monies must all be complete or it will not be processed.
7. Applications are screened as soon as possible. You are asked to provide contact information so we can contact you as quickly as possible.
8. You may use the same credit card and pay all application fees if you wish or pay separately.
9. Read and sign the paperwork entirely.
10. Once you are accepted a lease must be signed and deposit and first months rent paid in full within 3 days of notifying you. If you do not sign and submit payment (cashier check) management will process the next application and it will be assumed you are unable to proceed.
