Rental application fee is $50 cash or $55 online per appllicant over 18.
NOTE: unlike some property management companies we DO NOT process more than ONE application at a time. We will NOT take your money unless you are processed to rent a property.
Once your credit card clears we will process your application.
All parties over the age of 18 must sign the application and lease.
